Community Support Services provide individuals person-centered services within their own homes and communities. People can choose to have their programs “within walls” or have programs “without walls”.

Community Support Services offer Individuals

  • Community-based programming and recreational opportunities
  • Opportunities for individuals to work on skills such as social, employment, safety, financial skills, and more
  • Community activities that foster community connections and relationships
  • Programs that are individualized to the needs, desires, and interests of the individual
