Accounts Receivable Clerk (Entry level data entry position)

Current Shift: 30 hours per week.

Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; State of Maine criminal background check

Must be proficient: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Functions:
Claims Billing
Strong spreadsheet skills
Handle and follow up on invoices
cash handling
Perform research and troubleshooting 
Obtaining documentation from various programs within and outside the agency
Quality Assurance checks to ensure accuracy
Data Entry – Quick books and State of Maine systems
Perform a variety of clerical tasks
Verify cash accounts and deposits
Distribute invoices, follow up on past due invoices
Report any situations which might be interpreted as abuse, neglect, mistreatment or exploitation to assure the safety and protection of the people we serve

DSP Positions Available

We are looking for Full and Part-Time DSPs for our Residential and Community Support Service programs. Join us in meeting the needs of adults with developmental disabilities.
